PROBLEM STATEMENT
The product had underperformed against competition in earlier quantitative evaluations. A new recipe was developed to address prior gaps, and the study aimed to gauge consumer reactions to this updated version in comparison to competition.
The objective was to understand consumer expectations from Chapathi, assess acceptance of the new recipe, and identify any further areas of improvement before full-scale testing.

Qualitative In-depth Interviews in a CLT setup. More females and less males in the age group of 24 – 45 years.
