PROBLEM STATEMENT
The Government of Karnataka, running a startup acceleration or mentorship program, needed to prepare internal teams to conduct necessary briefings for the selected startups entering the program. This project was related to the large-scale startup evaluation process completed earlier.

Conducted initial setup and internal coordination activities related to the large-scale startup evaluation process. Developed comprehensive briefing materials and conducted internal team orientation sessions to ensure standardized evaluation and engagement processes.
